I am Blessed
I learned that for some of us, our recovery will involve being helped by others, and for some it will involve helping others. Some won't want anybody to know, while others will show and describe all that we have been through. And no matter what, it is all okay. It's okay to be afraid, to cry, to yell, to laugh; it's all okay. It's been two years and I have never felt so blessed, loved, and believe it or not, lucky. It has taught me that it can always be worse and that there is always a blessing to be counted. I have found that there is a sisterhood out there and I am part of it. I am a part of this strong and wonderful group of women that I can count on and they can count on me too. I am so honored to be a part of this. I am blessed.
